We want you to love your jewelry as much as you love living in it, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn pieces in their original packaging. Please note that personalized items and final sale pieces are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Jewelry

  Place your jewelry in its original pouch and box to ensure it stays protected during its journey back to our studio.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
